Salary

The salary of the law firm depends on the type and the workload of the service is. It may also include bonus for a success. We use different systems of remuneration tailored to your needs:

COMPENSATION

  • For personal injuries, our salary is paid only after receiving the compensation. However the firm reserves the right to charge a small advance payment necessary to conduct the case.
  • For damages of property the salary is determined by the law regulations.

LITIGATION

In case of litigation the firm’s salary is determined by the rates provided by law regulations for legal advisers performing before judicial authorities

PERMANENT LEGAL SERVICES

For business entities – depending on client’s wish we offer:

  • Fixed remuneration
  • Hourly rate
  • Fixed remuneration with the hours limit

INCIDENTAL LEGAL SERVICE

In case of giving legal advice, preparing legal opinions, expertises, pleadings and contracts the fees are determined individually for each case.
